Her office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. She is so easy to reach in an emergency, she answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on her to always be there for me when I need her the most. She is completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that she will back out or give up if a solution isn’t reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
